That's already over 10 to 12 hours that we're sitting every day. That's not all, there's more. When we get back home from work, what do we do? Well, most of us usually eat out, since we're too tired to prepare meals in the kitchen and then we like to kick back and watch TV for another three hours at least. That means that we spend roughly 13 to 14 hours a day sitting. The rest of the day, you spend sleeping at night. That's great, so how does this affect our posture? A lot. Basically, as we sit and lack exercise, we tend to gain weight and loose our posture. How can we correct our posture?
